Procurement
Need a new device? Simply submit your request (or have your team members submit theirs!) to Toniolo. From there, a hardware specialist will handle everything from order placement through delivery to your preferred location – no need to worry about vendor communication, device set up, or dealing with shipping delays! We’ll leverage our partnerships with Apple & DickerData to get you access to prenegotiated rates on a wide variety of devices and accessories (exp. keyboards & mice).
Need a device recommendation? We’ll provide you with options that meet your brand preferences, budget, and functionality requirements.
Provisioning
Looking to repurpose an existing device? Or, want to purchase the device yourself, but have Toniolo handle the setup? No problem. Our team of in-house provisioning specialists can handle device imaging & re-imaging either at our HQ or remotely via best-in-class MDM Software. Each is set based upon your pre-established provisioning profile. Customized at the department level, these profiles ensure that each device is set up with the appropriate OS, software, and credentials required for the team member who will use it.
Have a majority Mac environment? We’ll even handle the deployment of your Apple Device Enrolment Program.
Quick & seamless request process
Have a new employee starting or one leaving the team? Submit an on/offboarding request inside the Toniolo Platform. From there we’ll manage the device(s) associated along with all of the other on/offboarding tasks. Need replacement devices or accessories? Simply chat Toniolo or have your team members chat with us (don’t worry, we’ll get your approval before placing their orders).
